Saint Frank Coffee

St. Clare is proud to be an important part of the Saint Frank family and mission. While still working closely with Saint Frank Coffee relationships throughout the world,  St. Clare takes a slightly different approach and style than Saint Frank in a few ways.  Saint Frank works primarily with small producers and micro lots in limited production and availability. St. Clare will continue to work with these communities, but will open up availability by offering regional and appellation blends for wider accessibility. As a result, these coffees can be enjoyed by more people, for a much longer period of time, while still preserving our commitment to seasonality.

Not For Sale

St. Clare is also a collaboration with San Francisco's own Not for Sale, a creative and passionate organization working to end modern day slavery and the exploitation of vulnerable people worldwide.  We share a passion for justice, opportunity, and quality of life in which we can work together in the spirit of Francis and Clare with a precious agricultural and culinary treasure like coffee and the rare and unique social connectivity it cultivates.  We have partnered through job training locally as well as strategic initiatives in Thailand toward preventing trafficking before it starts in coffee producing villages and the integration of survivors into those communities.

SPUR Urban Center

Our current pop up shop is located inside of the San Francisco SPUR building. We are connected to them through our shared work space and mutual support of one another’s visions to see this city thrive. SPUR is a non-profit organization that works towards better community development in the Bay Area. Through research, education and advocacy, SPUR promotes good planning and good government in the San Francisco Bay Area. To learn more about them visit their website: or subscribe to their monthly newsletter called the Urbanist.
