LiTTLe SISTER ESPRESSO

Tasting Notes:  Sweet and Round Chocolate lifted by Dried Fruits and Toasty Cedar

Blend:  50% Bolivia, 50% Burundi

Producers:  Caranavi Province and Dukorere Ikawa Cooperative

Story:  The Little Sister is a classic espresso blend representing the major varieties of Arabica with a twentieth century “third wave” twist, providing chocolate and caramel base notes while being clean and refined from washed, high-altitude terroir for a lift of dried fruit acidity. It is perfect for cappuccinos and lattes, and a great shot of espresso best expressed as a cross between a contemporary style espresso and a ristretto for balance, sweetness, and body.

We source coffees for Little Sister from growers who desire growth in coffee quality and growth in the communities that produce it. We typically seek out lesser known and sought after regions for new adventures and opportunity.  We are honored and thrilled to bring you such a versatile and delicious espresso blend from wonderful partners throughout the Latin America, East Africa and Asia.
